  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as customs clearance and local postal services.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The cost will be displayed at checkout. We periodically offer free shipping promotions which will be advertised on our website.

 

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website or through our tracking portal on the Pushpa Electronics website.

 

6. International Shipping Policies

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Pushpa Electronics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing. These delays are beyond our control.

 

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

 

8. Damaged or Lost Items

Pushpa Electronics is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

9. Incorrect Address

If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately. We can update the address if the order has not been shipped. Pushpa Electronics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
