3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@pushpaelectronics.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, Pushpa Electronics will cover the return shipping costs.

All Other Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Store Credit: If preferred, you can opt for a store credit instead of a refund.

7. Exchanges

8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
